The Strike Force Department — known simply as the SFD — is the central authority overseeing all Strike Team operations across Mars. Born from the ashes of early colony collapse, the SFD was formed as a response to the growing threat of subterranean monsters, mutated wildlife, and parasitic incursions.

Part command center, part intelligence bureau, part enforcement agency — the SFD acts as the iron grip of what’s left of Martian order. They fund, outfit, and deploy every sanctioned Strike Team operating beneath the surface. But with that control comes oversight. Regulation. Surveillance. Some would say manipulation.

• Organize and deploy elite Strike Teams to counter emerging threats.

• Maintain communication between distant outposts and underground cities.

• Authorize use of restricted tech and experimental weaponry.

• Collect and classify data on anomalous activity, parasite evolution, and alien tech.

⚙️ OPERATIONS STRUCTURE

• Command Center: Located in Nova Sanguis, buried within the Presidium.

• Field Commanders: Issue mission briefs to Strike Team captains; monitor progress in real-time via uplink.

• Data Division: Manages recovered intel from alien tech, Myrmecyte encounters, and deep-cavern scans.

• Internal Security: A secretive branch tasked with watching the teams as much as the enemy.
